Kimberley provides a deep understanding of complex curriculum and is able to develop creative and value added exercises. Kimberley is experienced in training on legislative and business process. She has also created programs, developed and shaped the training for senior directors and managers, supervisors, case management staff, clerical support, case support, and health care workers in various settings. In addition, Kim has co-ordinated the delivery of content from other sources for staff professional development days, conferences and workplace learning.
Kimberley has extensive experience in preparing professional presentations and reports related to program delivery and training matters. She is skilled in developing policies and procedures and demonstrates an ability to hear and help put into place what the client needs. Kimberley has exceptional communication skills that are utilized in counselling and coaching clients, facilitating consultations and focus groups as well as delivering training sessions.
Kimberley has direct experience in training initiatives with the Ministry of Labour, Ministry of Health, and Ministry of Community and Social Services.
Kim has spent several years working with and understanding the range of services that exist to support individuals who are unemployed or changing careers, children, families, individuals with mental or physical disabilities, individuals in receipt of social assistance, the ill, the elderly and the homeless. She has assisted in residential programming, performed direct case management with various vulnerable populations and has effectively supervised, managed and trained staff to do the same.
Kimberley has conducted cross-jurisdictional research and best practices reviews related to social service mandates. She has worked with training committees to develop material that could be shared across municipalities or departments and with community-based committees to develop information in the area of Elder Abuse.
